A fair amount. The group tour is built around walking and public transport, so expect to be on your feet for most of the three hours, with train or bus rides between areas. Wear comfortable shoes. If you would rather not walk, take the private tour with a car.
At Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, around 9:00pm. It is a major station on several lines, so getting back to your hotel is straightforward, and your guide will point you the right way.
